Agatha Christie Reading Challenge

One of my 2021 reading goals was to read at least an Agatha a month, which I’ve been failing miserably at. I own nearly all of her books, so that can’t be used as an excuse…

I’ve read 3 so far and it is already September.

I thought a good way to kick-start my interest in picking them back up again would be to run a poll on twitter (because seriously who doesn’t love a poll) and to take a look at what ones I’ve read vs what ones are left to go on my list.

The results of my poll are:

This is interesting. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I asked the question really but I must admit I am surprised somewhat with the response.

As I said, I’ve read 3 so far this year but 10 overall in total…

In 2019;

  • The ABC Murders – 4 stars
  • Five Little Pigs – 4 stars
  • Murder on the Orient Express – 5 stars
  • The Clocks – 3 stars

In 2020;

  • The Pale Horse – 3 stars
  • Ordeal By Innocence – 5 stars
  • The Mysterious Affair at Styles – 5 stars

In 2021;

  • Third Girl – 3 stars
  • Sparkling Cyanide – 3 stars
  • Poirot Short Stories – 4 stars

Have you read much Agatha?

What one do you think I should pick up next?

  1. Yeah, I love Agatha!! She is my favourite! And mostly all of her books are masterpieces but you should try “Lord Edgware Dies” and “Murder is Easy” 🙂 Also if you want to try something new, you should try “N or M”
