SPRINTS -will be happening in the weekday evenings UK time 7pm 🕖 and 8pm🕗 and weekends at 11am 🕚 and 2pm 🕑… these will be announced on our Instagram stories for you to join in with. Time is fixed but you can sprint for however long you long! Can’t sprint then? Don’t worry, you can use the templates (to come) and sprint whenever suits you 😍
