WWW Wednesday – 9th June 2021

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Taking on a World of Words. I’ve done this a couple of times now and I am really enjoying taking part. For those who don’t know, the three W’s are:

  • What are you currently reading?
  • What did you finish reading recently?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

What are you currently reading?

I am currently reading:

1- The Vanishing Half by British Bennet. This is for a book club, our discussion is on the 10th and I’m about 65% of the way through…I’m really enjoying it but need to get a wiggle on to finish it in time!!

2- The Sight of You by Holly Miller. This is for a buddy read with a couple of the #TsundokuSquad girls. We’re breaking it into parts, for discussions on Sunday. I’m really enjoying this one, as is the rest of the group – we are excited to see where it goes! Currently half-way through.

3- The Tattoo Thief by Alison Belsham. This is our #TsundokuSquad June read for discussion on Fridays evenings. I’ve read two parts of this now and am enjoying it – but not LOVING it!

What did you finish reading recently?

Since my last post I regret to say that I haven’t finished any books! I have Friday off though and am hoping to really get myself back into some reading! Fingers crossed!

What do you think you’ll read next?

Next up I’d like to start ‘The Island Home’ by Libby Page as it sounds truly wonderful.

I hope you’ve enjoyed my WWW Wednesday post, please drop in and leave a comment.

Have you read any of these books? What did you think of them?

  1. These posts are great for helping me choose what to read next.
I’m still to read the vanishing half. I read the sight of you last year, I liked but didn’t love it and I can’t figure out why 🤷🏻‍♀️
